Uplifting Widows and Families
The EFE TTOF Foundation is a non-profit organization devoted to uplifting widows and their families during their times of greatest need, particularly around festive seasons. We are driven by the belief that every widow deserves the chance to heal, grow, and flourish after the profound loss of a loved one. The foundation was established by Mrs. Efe A. Memuduaghan, a devoted Christian, loving mother, and proud grandmother, whose life has been shaped by faith, family, and a deep commitment to serving others. As a special education teacher for the deaf with a lifelong passion for supporting individuals with special needs, Mrs. Memuduaghan brings both expertise and empathy to her mission. A widow herself, she understands firsthand the challenges of rebuilding a life after loss. Her own journey taught her the invaluable role of community, empowerment, and access to resources in overcoming the trials of widowhood.
The vision for the EFE TTOF Foundation was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Mrs. Memuduaghan witnessed the intensified struggles of widows who had lost their loved ones and support systems. Moved by compassion and guided by her Christian values, she began offering care and assistance to a small group of widows. By the following year, the number of widows seeking her support had grown, and their joy and gratitude fueled her resolve. As the years passed, the need continued to expand dramatically, prompting her to extend her outreach to three neighboring villages. The success of these efforts—and the happiness it brought to so many—ignited her dream to establish a foundation that could reach even more widows with hope, support, and a sense of belonging. A lifelong learner, Mrs. Memuduaghan channels her dedication to education and personal growth into the foundation’s work. Today, the EFE TTOF Foundation stands as a beacon of love and solidarity, helping widows connect, heal, share their stories, and thrive—especially during festive periods when the absence of loved ones can feel most profound. Through her unwavering faith and commitment to family, she continues to build a legacy of compassion and resilience for widows and their communities.
